Meet our ambassador for a traditional Lebanese breakfast in the heart of Ghosta. Enjoy a tasting session at Montana Les Fermes, a local cheese factory, and discover the delicious flavors and traditions of the village's dairy products.

Begin your journey through the village of Ghosta (7 km - Moderate) with a scenic heritage hike that combines history, spirituality, and nature. Walk along charming village streets and discover landmarks such as the historic Bitar House (1860), a fine example of traditional Lebanese architecture, and the Saint Joseph el-Hosn Monastery overlooking the village. Pause at a breathtaking panoramic viewpoint to enjoy spectacular views of the Keserwan mountains and coastline while learning about the region's rich history and geography. Continue to the renowned Ain Waraqa School and Monastery, founded in the 18th century and recognized as one of the most influential educational institutions in Maronite history, where generations of religious and intellectual leaders were formed. The trail then leads through peaceful pine and oak forests, offering a refreshing immersion in the area's natural beauty and biodiversity.

Visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, a peaceful place of prayer and reflection known for its spiritual significance and serene atmosphere. Continue to the historic Deir Kreim Monastery, one of Ghosta's most treasured religious landmarks, where you will discover its rich history, unique architecture, and important role in preserving Maronite heritage throughout the centuries.
