Our day in Yahchouch was such a beautiful and fulfilling experience. I never imagined that spending time in nature and picking herbs could feel so rewarding.
Joseph made the experience truly special with his passion, knowledge, and the way he explained every step. We followed the whole process, from picking rosemary to extracting its essential oil, and discovered how much work goes into it.
By the end of the day, we felt more connected to nature and appreciated it in a completely different way.
The homemade breakfast at Assaf BioGarden was delicious, and the walk in Yahchouch followed by a refreshing swim made the day even better.
Definitely an experience worth living!

The way Joseph, the owner of Assaf Bio Garden, showed us his passion and love for what he does really came through to me. I could feel his passion, and somehow it was transmitted to me. It was my first time experiencing something like this with plants, and for the first time, I felt that I had a real connection with them.
The homemade breakfast was also very delicious. And the hiking in Yahchouch was really good. I had already done it twice before, but the third time with View Lebanon was different from the others, and I really enjoyed the experience.
