My name is Abdullah Manqara, and I hold a degree in physical education and sports, as well as a master's degree in sports management. I am currently working in the sports industry. I lived in the Koura district for over 9 years, growing up surrounded by its lush trees and stunning landscapes. During my time as a local tourist guide for the village of Ijd Abrine, I had the privilege of introducing visitors to its five historic mills and guiding them along the scenic banks of the river that separates the Koura and Batroun districts.
